Although your only looking at getting a few parts / rust patches repaired you can expect any workshop to take 2 weeks alone jus to do that...
Read some books at ur local library and see if you can do it for urself...
the sand and respray is totally out of the 2 week time limit... if you expect a body shop to strip, sand, bog, prime , paint, sand, paint, smooth, and clear coat in less than a cuple months give or take the que of other cars before yours...
maybe 2pac isnt as involved... but you get the point... do as much as you can by urself...
probably be looking at 2k+ for a complete respray
