Biased99 probably cares . I mentioned the open centres as only the 91/92 Grandes had LSD as standard and as such Biased99's car is probably open centre, otherwise he wouldn't be considering a swap unless it was for the higher ratio available in the MA70.
I'm pretty sure my 89 MX83 was a G312 but that was 8 years ago and is sorta foggy now.

You are correct, in that the axle code shown on my model plate is G312.
However, I have actually had the hemisphere from an MA70 Supra swapped into my diff, making it an LSD unit. It was this approach that I was advocating in the thread referenced above, rather than doing a "bodgy" install of an entire diff from an MA70, using a piece of exhaust pipe as a spacer...I just felt that the former approach would be neater, less hassle, and probably a better option at the end of the day...
