Can I ask what is the different between the AE82 4AGE (bigport, tvis, map sensor) engine, and the Japanese RWD 4AGE? Where does the extra 10 or so KW come from, is it only the ECU, or compression ratios etc?
As I have a AE82 4AGE in my AE86 with a RWD inlet and exhaust manifold on it. Would be cool if I could just replace the ECU with a jap spec one to get another 10kw. Or is this extra power increase found internally?
