What is the difference in length between the 1JZ and 1G?
If I can't get a toyota 6 in, I'll be looking at a CA18, but the 1JZ seems like an option which would be very cool.
I tend to think anything is possible if you're prepared to do the work, so I'm trying to figure out just how much work is involved. Obviously I'd rather not modify the firewall too much if I can avoid it.
Surely the 1JZ will squeeze in there if the engine is mounted as far back as possible and the radiator is moved forward into the grille area?
