if you were light with the throttle like mrs joe average and her 1.6 kids it would give better mpg than a std car thanks to the more efficient burn you'd get with the 4.5psi that the std blower gives (if you were to use the 1GGZE pulleys that is).
it would improve your swirl no-end, which is why these blowers are a great retro-tech fitment onto older 2 valve and non-crossflow engines, because the cylinder filling is improved upon.
