quick answers in order of paragraphs
accelerate slowly - yes u will use less fuel
holding the key in start position after car is started - your starter motor will be spinning at ridiculously high speeds that its not designed for....when engine already running - most of the time it wont engane and will just crunch the gears or teeth....if it does engage same thing as above....youe starte motor will spin at ridiculously high speeds its not designed for
parking car with wheels turned - your car will explode
changine from "D" to P & R.....if it actually does engage itll F**k your gearbox up alot yes
in regards to D to N, 2, L ....depdends on the car....its ok with my gearbox but with most newer cars no its not ok
if your car is rumbling it most likely needs a tune-up...and no there are no benefits of putting your car in neutral when stopped ......there may be a TINY 1/16 of fuckall difference in fuel consumption obviouislty as there is less restriction for the engine to keep its ide RPM but u will not notice it.
by quickly do u mean accelerating hard up the hill or just driving fast ?.... fuel comsumption has mainly got to do with RPM and acceleration....yes speed does play a factor but those 2 are the main things
define brake noise.....u shouldnt have brake noise
in reagards to fuel....what car do u have ? your dads 91 cressida ? if so then thats EFI hence yes youll notice a differnece but i wouldnt go higher then premium
