A motor that was originally operated by a map sensed efi system can run on a AFM efi system but you cannot put a MAP sensor on a AFM efi system or visa versa , To tell what efi system the motor was originally run with is to see if the plenum has a air temp sensor in it if it has that means it was run with MAP as the air temp sensor in the AFM system has the air temp sensor built into the AFM .
