Corona manual for a 2.4 was never made.... dogdey publishing group..... I have search for one high and low.... impossible to find.... they have one for the 2S engine but none for the beasty 22RE.... 
But if your looking for the engine manual for that engine try looking for a hilux or 4 runner models with the 22RE, I think that manual is easier to find rather than the corona one.... but if you want it just for body work and minor things grab the corona manual for the 2S... coz it is quiet handy for the brakes, booster, handbrakes, lights, etc, etc...
