This has been covered quite a few times before.
I personally run Shell Helix Ultra (5W-40 from memory) and find that it helps with cold starting, and quitens down a lot of noise in the head when cold. For some reason my GZE makes a fairly audible knocking noise in the head when running anything higher than a 10W oil until it gets hot (& no, its not the usual forged piston slap  )
Penrite HPR15 seems to be another popular option.
