Tue, 16 September 2003 00:55 when i buaght my supra i found out every morning the battery was dead flat, i made sure to take the fuse out of the radio, but it still went flat. I checked that the alternator works, but i didn't have a multimeter, insteaed i revved the engine with the lights on and the lights got brighter so i guess that means the alternator works. But on further inspection it seems my alternator has no fuse and the previous owner has simply wired the alternator up bypassing the fuse socket. So i don't know if that has something to do with it. I imagine this is pretty dangerous and will possibly stuff my alternator without fuse protection, infact my whole electrical system could get rooted from it.
