T-18's had 3T? so 2T is decrease in capacity, AND you are going to a fuel injected motor???
man the authorities are gonna love you 
shouldn't be hard at all, even in NSW!!!
call an enginer in the morning.. you'll prolly have to have it certified, unless it was an option??
