that's true too, but you don't want to get into the Individually Constructed Vehicle category, which means you have to comply with ALL current ADR's...
while it is up to the individual engineer as to what is registerable, i think that the capacity limits / kg are pretty strict, unless you are doing an ICV....
dunno, i'll ask next time i go see one
