OK you're gonna need a W box (e.g. w55, 57, 5 , and then to go grab the bellhousing, engine mounts and sump from an SA63 celica.
The intake manifold sometimes does and sometimes doesn't catch on stuff, depending on how you mount the engine - not sure on this one. Personally I'd fabricate something new there anyway, that put the throttle body in a more favourable place (or even 4 throttles!). You need a new exhaust manifold, as the standard one puts the turbo right over where the engine mount bolts onto the block.
I know theres other problems as well, but till I actually do such a conversion I can't comment much further. Use the latest 3sgte you can get your hands on (st205/215, or later mr2). I'd love to see more RWD 3sgte's though! Just got to be willing to do a bit of stuffing around etc. - I've also *heard* that the steering could be a problem with your car? (not sure about this)
