Unless your lancer is an Evo, don't bother. Sell it and buy a serious car. Trying to make a normal lancer fast is pointless, as the good engines are all very expensive, then you have traction issues, so you decide to do a rwd or 4wd conversion, then you might as well have bought an evo to start off with  Lancer's are a posers car, so if you don't want to be a poser, get rid of it. (unless ofc, its just a runabout daily driver, but from your sounds you want it to be a fast car)
don't get a ta22, get a 23, their larger engine bay gives more options for modifications
