Probably the hardest part of this job is removing the crank-pulley bolt! You'll need plenty of leverage (unless you own a mighty rattle gun). The rest of the job is easy. Definitely need a gear puller for the crank-pulley. You might be lucky with the timing gear; sometimes they slide off the crank by hand. (No need to remove any other timing gear.)

Use a 7MGE seal. Check the fit of the seal on the timing gear. You might need to shorten the coil spring on the inside of the seal to ensure it will be oil tight.
