Thanks supra1978. I wasn't 100% certain about the oil pump gear (I have actually never done one on a 5/6MGE so I just wasn't sure). Cressidasupra, make sure you do the crank pulley bolt up tight. On the 5/6MGEs, they have a habit of becoming slightly loose, causing the crank pulley to be loosely secured, with subsequent chewing out of the Woodruff key and respective slots in the crank and pulley. Apart from making the setting of ignition timing impossible, it could render the crank unrepairable if left for long enough!
