(84 should be efi) if it is take the air cleaner of and give it a good squirt with carbie cleaner (you might want to change your plugs after) and no if you put a holley on it will run worse you need a webber for your 4cyl and no if all the rest of its stock it will do sweet fck all if your going to do anything get an exaust. im no corolla expert but im sure it will be efi [Report message to a moderator]
