5.5° of castor is probably too much - I know one of the guys that ran a Sprinter in Group A racing and they ran 2.5°.
I run about 3° because I can't run any less because of the the suspension bits I have in the car.
FWIW, I also run the front track about 50mm wider than stock and run no front anti-roll bar at all. Front springs are 390lbs/in though. Wink
