The way i went was to get rid of the expensive nissan mounts that break all the time and are $200 each second hand . The main difference is the mount angle , i think the toyota mount are on a 60' angle and the nissan mount are at 45' some you have to adjust the angle of the mount on the subframe and the centring of the engine due to being to high if mounted straight onto the toyota subframe , as well as to forward to get the centre of gravity back to about 53/47 on my car with the steel panels . And i made the mounting space so i can use bmw 528 mounts , or a six cylinder toyota 6 cylinder mount they break . How many s13/s14 do you see with a extra mount to the side of the cylinder head , and those stronger gearbox mount . If nissan engine mounts where used in a sr20 ae86 you would be able to get the turbo / inlet to hit the strut towers with some hard driving . Gearbox is a made mount , the easy part .

I don't think anyone does the a conversion kit ? The main cost would be the wiring if you where not going to do this yourself , there is a lot of work here if you want to get it engineered due to having to get all the emission gear to work correctly ,as well as the speedo to read the correct speed and the check engine light , cat overheat light to work . get a speedo to work with the stock sprinter guages could be don't i guess by using a vl/skline r32/r33 gearbox , electric sensor to cable conversion kit , then just get the cable made to suit .
Cost i have spent $8g including paying alot for a good half cut $3.5g ,engineering will cost you if you don't have a mechanical engineer as a friend , put still there are only about 12 of them in victoria and most will still charge about $1400 to $1800 after all the bullshit tests etc . Or just have it as a track car . Ask Statts if his work will do it for you , since they have already gone through all the trouble in this conversion , or just buy one when they get sick of it . Yer right .
