Sunday morning took the Turbo kits off, here's what i found. The Turbo nearer to the firewall is shot.About 1mm freeplay, leakin oil etc. Checked the actuators and all are fine and dandy. The gasket for that same turbo that sits on the manifold was cracked hence the hissing sound and fuel consumption. The other Turbo is OK..no leaks. So what should i do ?? look for another second hand one..or sent it to the 'Turbo' guy to fix it. i.e.bearings etc.etc. Any advice greatly appreciated. cheers [Report message to a moderator]
