I don't mean to be a pain but don't you need a front sump anyway? I'd imagine the mid sump will sit right on top of your cross member and the rear sump will really be cutting it fine with your steering rack (all guesses of course).
I'm going to assume you will want to keep your gearbox in the same place, so you need to measure the distance from the front of the bellhousing to the the back of the rack, and also to the front of the cross member. Then measure the distance from the back of the 1UZ (where the bellhousing bolts up) to the fore and aft extremities of the different oil pans. I don't mean to sound nasty, but I think you are anguishing over nothing! 
The front sump sits a long way forwards, and actually has a section that projects forwards under the crank pulley (bit like an Altezza 3SGE). Ultimately, you need to get out there with a tape measure and go nuts. Also if you have a digital camera handy, take a gazillion happy snaps.
