I remember $67 for the Rider training days, and $16 for the L's knowledge test. But if your getting a bike(vesper) for convinece, you may just want to consider rain. I got a bike as my first vehicle, and it was fun an all untill it rained. Putting on all the wet weather gear was a PITA. That was one of the reason I sold it to get my sprinter, and besides once I had my full license the 250ZZR was of no use. They recently changed the rules to allow L's rider to have bigger cc bike. There is a list though of bike you can, and can't ride.
