Mon, 29 September 2003 09:17 AE86 rear suspension should be a direct bolt up, also a 4.1 diff is easily sourced for a little extra kick, front suspension im not sure on but im guessing it would be pretty close. best bet with carbs is a set of Solexs, they can be had very cheap for a set ( around $100 if you search around ) manifolds are a little harder but i remember giving one to Rod a while back maybe he still has it. or you could go a 36/36 IDA Weber and buy a manifold from redline (ive got a carb somewhere you can have ) there are a lot of common things in terms of getting power from this era car ( why do you think i ditched the AE86 for the KE70 ) to the AE86 but the bonus is the parts are easier and cheaper to come by hope your loving the allmighty power I smell a conversion coming on hmm maybe you wont have to change your forum name after all [Report message to a moderator]
