I had the opposite kind of story happen to me. Coming out of my road I turned right in front of this cop car. He was a good 100 meters up the road from where I turned and there was a nasty speed hump in between us which I knew he would have to slow down for. Anyway turned left just after that. Next set of lights he pulls up behind me. I go when it turns green (very careful mind you) and he puts his lights on and pulls me over. I was like, "what the hell are you doing that for". He proceeds to give me a good lecture on how I was speeding, going over speed humps too fast etc etc. He goes "I got to the street where you turned left and couldnt see you in sight so you must have been doing at least 80 (50 zone)." The problem was, there is a crest about 20 meters after the turn and you cannot see anyone after that. So if he was 100 meters behind me (or even 50) he is so full of bull it's not funny. But what could I do. I just nodded politely and promised never to do it agian. Dodgy is all I have to say. [Report message to a moderator]
