I wish I could enter my car for the Targa it'd be great!
Money is always the issue though with cars.
I had the chance to navigate for David Banes once when he needed a nav but work and money commitments screwed that up! 
My old boss, his son and a fellow work mate used to go in it. I think maybe they still do. My boss enter his british racing green GTR Godzilla a few times (before that he had entered a red Giocattolo. (Markland) His son entered his blue Giocattolo (that thing went very hard!!) and Stu the tech/IT dude entered his Lotus Elise. (that was like driving a big go-cart)
Any chance of putting together a ToyMods Targa team?
Was that Celica you were talking about Davids red GT4?
