if you have a wiring diagram for your car, and a wiring diagram for the motor/efi etc, then all you need to do is work out which wires go to where, and then join them...
i know it's not much help, but wiring is not rocket science (or even metallurgy  ) you just need to connect the right wires....
if you don't have the wiring diagrams, then get them 
seperate the wiring into subsets, ie lights, indicators, efi, and work them out one at a time.
or just make a new loom.
