Ahhh, I was asked this exact same question on friday!
The first thing to do is check if the speaker magnet attracts the amps heatsink! The best way to do this is put some small screws/washers on the amp and put it where you want to mount it! If the screws/washers are attracted to the magnet you will have problems!
If this passes the test you should have no problems! This only goes if your not using a cheap amp!
