I was charged $300for the tank conversion, that includes tank, pump baffles, instalation of pump and baffles, plus the pull out and istallation of new tank.
Might be cheaper now.
I get no fuel smells, the pump does have a slit buzz to it but the exhaust note takes care of that.
Im not sure about a vn pump into other tank, trial and error i guess.
I believe the sprinter and vn tanks are the same shape, the vn is a lot deeper thou.
Draw a basic design of your own fuel tank and look at others that will fit the bill, you never know what other fuel tanks maybe similar shape to yours, and maybe the baffles and pump are compatable.
