FKN16V - Mate, where abouts did you get those tank mods done? I live on the Central Coast not far from Maitland. Very interested in getting something like this setup shortly.
Youngy - I emailed MWMD to ask about what they can do in regards to an internal pump with functional baffling and surge/swirl pot. Will let you know what they have to say.
EVOSTi - In my AE86 with 4AGE I also just run a hiflow pump cable tied to the tank. Bit of a dodgy setup but it doesn't seem to serge even with a fairly low tank (not that we make it a habbit to get real low). But for boosted applications I'd be much more inclinded to run a proper setup.
Currently my RA28 has a lift/prime pump with a very large surge tank (5L or so!) and a Bosch merc. pump and works well except the surge tank only fits in the boot which is illegal and sometimes on hot days smells a bit.
