 i rarely race on the street, but.....
about 5 months ago (before i blew my gte up) i pulled up next to this V8 crummydore. i wasnt prepared to do anything, just heading home.
well there was the guy driving and his missus. of course beeing a typical holden driver/tosser he starts reving it up and kinda stepping it forwards.
when our turn to go came, he got the jump on me, but then my turbo spooled up (i really gotta learn to load/spool it up before i take off properly sometime  ) anyways after i hit 2nd i was nearly level. then screamed past him in 3rd (my car loves 3rd).
when he pulled up next to me his missus was smiling and nodding her head at me.
he was not, didnt look to happy at all.
then he took of again at the next change, i just let him go and went home.
