sure any magnetic radiation has an influence on electronics but the only time a magnet tends to interfear with electronics is when the magnet is actually moving around conductive material if the speaker is fixed in that position and the amp is fixed in that position and don't move around significantly then i can't see any reason why it would make any difference there are hundreds of sound systems and electronic devices with in built speakers right near the main electrical components and theres no problem with them so hows it any different may as well test it out as nothing bad will happen from it, i have two speakers right next to my head unit and nothing goes wrong.
