you can get spacers but this could lead to problems such as the wheelnuts not catching the studs because the spacers push it out that little bit too much. in this case you will need to put longer studs in to make it safe.
i just did this on the weekend to my hilux, the spacers were $20 for the pair from auto1 and the studs $6 each.
im not sure about the legality of this, i was told it was illegal by one guy but the others said it was ok, so i did it anyway.
