some of these 3t motors dont have them
mine does
the oil press reg inside the oil pump regulates the pressure for the motor but there is also (on some 3tgteu motors) another oil press reg inside the housing that is sandwiched between the oil filter and the block
if u have one of these housings u still might not know what i am talking about as there is two( as far as i know) kinds
one has 2 springs,a brass regulater and a valve thingy
the other kind has nothing inside and has a different diameter hole inside.
from what toyota has shown me, the 3tgteu motors had two different shaped oil filter housings
does urs hang down or does it sit adjacent to the side of the motor?
