Yeah, nothing too hard there, just swap the hubs, callipers, etc. or throw the whole strut in for that matter.
The oz spec ones are about 230mm, the JDM are slightly bigger, but at least they're vented. Still fit inside a 13" wheels though. It is surprising how much abuse they'll cop though if you give them decent pads - old corolla brakes always astound me how much they'll take with decent pads, well at least compared to cars with heaps bigger brakes (and weight!) e.g. falcodores.
