like GTStar said. if you sit at the lights idling and theres no smoke then when you take off there is, thats valve stem seals. if your blowing smoke all the time, probably piston rings.
changing the valve stem seals involves removing the head but in some cases they can be changed without removing the head if you got the right tools for the job (which i do at work).
