Your gains will be modest with your planned mods.
Accept that you will gain nothing with the pod filter.
A set of tuned length extractors and free flowing 2.25" exhaust will probably give you the best gains.
Is yours a VVTi motor? If so, then you will only be able to fit a cam gear to the non VVTi cam. It will take a bit of fiddling/dyno time to get the best cam gear setting. But then I'm just wondering (thinking out aloud)...it is a 1GFE - do you even have the ability to fit 2 cam gears? The second cam is driven off the first cam, is it not?
Bumping up the compression would be good, but will require opening the engine. The VVTi will limit how much you can mill the head. If you are going to open the engine, then you might as well decompress it and turbo/supercharge it, or consider an engine transplant a la Deesonet.
