Thanks cool1 & caldina,

After talking to a resin expert I suspect that I used too much hardner.
Also apparently your can heat cure bog after 24hrs of natural cure.
I was told all bog will shrink at least 5%. So I guess it's pretty much impossible to get mirror flat finish that lasts with time.

Fibreglass is a possibility but were talking of small dents. Like the car was hail damaged and I beat them out as flat as I could (but not perfect) - some places couldn't get behind the dent.

Anyway anyone in Melbourne who is going to do fibreglass or carbon or kevlar work should check out RF services (now called Saint-Gobain RF Pty Ltd 03 93290111) at 635 Queensbury St Nth Melbourne and ask for Anton he's really helpful.
