If you can find an MTEU manifold it will bolt to your 4M CMk2 (you have the right vintage head). I'd then convert to EFI using a 5ME manifold, loom and ECU. If you can't source the turbo, no big deal. Any T3 turbo will do (VL turbos are everywhere and cheap). The most important thing is the MTEU dizzy - it is configured to produce 15 degrees of boost retard. [Report message to a moderator]
