as i got to the otherside, my front bar cms from the line. i was hit by a car comming from the right, the car struck me at the rear drivers side. her right hand indicator would have been at the top rear of my rear drivers side wheel.

If you could see far enough down the street then maybe she was speeding.She didn't do anything to prevent the accident so wasn't paying attention and the fact she hit the BACK of your car then you could (succesfully) argue that she was speeding or something to shift the blame.
Really you are both at fault in this particular incident,but thats only my opion.
