LOL, oops, i've been looking at too many bikes lately Wink

2 or 3 layers of exhaust wrap material will do the trick, will give it at least 5mm of fibreglass insulation.... how long do you need? i got a roll of 7.5m x 50mm wide (autospeed) recently, 1 length of that should cover it. (lay it along the length of the tube, and then wrap the width of the tape around the tube.. that make sense???
