Yes, as long as you pay it all off within the period, you won't attract interest. However be warned that, if you do not pay it all back within the period, you will pay interest of around 27.5%, a fact on which these people rely...
We used one of these deals when we got our rims (most expedient method at the time) and paid it all back with 5 months. We now owe nothing on it, but the company keeps sending us "statements" telling us how much "credit" we have with them. Note that they do this so that people will think they have a "revolving line of credit" and will re-borrow money. I strongly suggest that you carefully read the fine print, as I would bet that the interest-free period is fixed (eg. 12 months), and if you pay it all off in, say, 6 months, then re-borrow on the same facility in a couple of months after that, you will only have around 4 months interest-free remaining, after which...well you know what happens next.
