The 3t bare blocks are the same, but it would be fare to assume that the pistons are different due to one N/A and the other Forced induction Nod. The engine builder who first rebuilt (who is now out of business) my 3t-gteu put n/a pistons in mine and they lasted about 18 mths/8000kms before it lunched a piston, of course I found this out after I pulled it down and he had gone out of business.
