Mine barely moves as well, its only hit 1/2 way once, on the way up the clide at crawling pace in 35degree heat.. otherwise when idling for ages it sits smack bang on the T of Temp, usually when driving it sits lower.. I figured if it did anything except that then there'd be something wrong so I don't even worry about it..
