BEAMS 3sge into st184

hi, im looking at putting a 4th gen beams 3s-ge into my st184,, what sort of work am i lookign at to get this in.. well firstly will it fir.. i understand that it was in the st202 jdm so id *imagine* it should fit.. will it bolt up to the existing transmission in the st184, engine mounts etc..
how difficult is this swap has anyone done it...
i know ppl are going to say 3sgte but insurance is kinda an issue and this will be a daily driver. im not too keen to go turbo.
