Apparently the HG was replaced about 40,000km ago with a std version and torqued to 70ftlbs.
I can't really verify this, and hence the desire to purchase a 2nd hand head (from local pick a part wrecker for $83), reco it and get it ready for the inevitable, replace the studs with ARP and then try and stick to the 15psi 
I'm only running 8 psi at the moment, and until I get engineering approval done, I won't be touching anything.
Also, I am not really interested at this stage in fully rebuilding the motor, and hence won't seriously look at the MHG unless absolutely necessary. It is meant to be a cheap fun car, and it is already heaps of fun
