$83 for a 2nd hand head?? cripes thats cheap... be making sure the thing isn't cracked already
i recommend going to your local toyota parts place and getting a metal head gasket. They got me what was supposed to be a TRD metal one for $400!... it was metal, i don't care 
ARP studs i got from the Victorian Performance Warehouse for $250 something.
Have you had any luck sourcing a Lexus AFM yet??
