With 135bhp on tap it won't be a rocket by any means. Sure the 22R-TE has lots of torque, which may come in handy if you're using your Celica to tow boats or something.
This engine will not fit in a LHD Celica, as the exhaust fouls the steering. These engine have a tiny turbo and poor manifold design anyway, so if you want a turbo 22R you're better off having a custom manifold made and putting a decent turbo on it. I wouldn't bother with a stock 22R-TE.
