Yep T28 ball bearing, go and buy one new for around $1400-1500, even good second hand ones can hide problems. I bought a brass bearing T28 that felt perfect, however upon inspection it was found to have been oil starved at one point. A set of oversize bearings and a rebuild later ($920), I had a good turbo (fortunately I paid peanuts for it originally so it didn't worry me)!
