I've just talked to a mechanic last week about this as I'm about to embark on the same conversion very soon. From what he tells me the bell housing's do not match and that you need to get one from an AE71 corolla. The good news is that it bolts straight onto the standard gearbox that is in the TA22. I've also heard that the manifold needs to be custom manufactured. If anyone can clariffy this I'd be greatful...
