Sun, 26 October 2003 20:49 Just a post to maybe collect peoples input on a 3s-gte AE-86 sprinter project... Could i get some collaboration of ideas of if you were to build it, what are some important touches that you'd throw in? Purpose will be drift and drag. So far... 6 spd ex 3s-ge beams Atezza. Engine is actually an atmo (ex sw20 mr2), being rebuilt with new internals and aftermarket turbo. (make,type and size not yet chosen) We have the better part of the information on converting to rwd with mounts etc, but if anyone has a more detailedset of directions that would be great. Aftermarket computer (not yet chosen) Still need plenty of ideas on suspension, differential, body work etc... basically we've only chosen the powertrain, so any little detail you can come up with is appreciated.
